Le Meurice was set up as Paris’ initial palace resort again in 1835. The status of the spot has not modified because so the French pastry chef, Cedric Grolet, has picked to place for his really initial patisserie – La Patisserie du Meurice.
Created by architectural company Studio Cigue, the inside is modern and contemporary. Showcasing a lava stone counter, brushed brass cabinets and stone flooring, the elements are saved and treasured in remarkable glass jars. Hand-blown glass domes are set on a minimalist show in the little window that makes it possible for to marvel at the sweet artisanal creations.
